Today I ran two five minute intervals followed by two four minute intervals. Considering we had a guest arrive at midnight, didn't go to bed until after 1:00, woke to nature's call at 5:00, and I gave up trying to sleep any longer at 5:45, I think it went pretty well. The last interval seemed to take forever, but somehow it is easier to encourage yourself to keep going when you are in the final home stretch. Wednesday I will try and do 3 five minute intervals, hopefully a lot better rested too.
