Well, I made it through our Spring Break and kept up with my fitness goals and calorie count. This is huge for me considering when I am at home for three or more days the calorie counts or exercise routines usually go out the window!
I spent a lot of time staying busy--gardening, hiking (went to Mt. Bonnel), and window shopping. That's the real key when I'm off from work for several days. Doing a variety of activities kept me off the couch and away from my TV.
