So this morning I was feeling skinny. Well the last few days I have been. However, this is why I fell off the wagon! ![]()

I do have some advice for you, its my opinion but I hope it helps. By adding weights to your work out, you will gain muscle tone, and perhaps "bulk up a bit" but that small gain of muscle will even out your body fat %. In turn this will either return your weight back to where it is now, or maybe you will like weight training, and maybe gain 3-10lbs in muscle and look the best you want too :) I would log the weight, and if it goes up, it won't be a disappointment, because you are doing the work and eating right :) Comment edited on: 4/4/2011 6:17:06 PM Report Inappropriate Comment |

so today i have been kicking butt at eating well ( at least better than i have ) my carbs are at 80ish my fat is in the good range, 775cals, my protein is at 58 and im going to have salmon for dinner with veggies. i should get more fruit/veggies in but im working on it. i did eat strawberries today haha baby steps!!
also i cleaned out our garden bed. we have tried to do a garden last year but army got in the way ( go figure ) and we werent on time so basically said forget it. This year I am going to do it! I cleaned out the mini tree/twig looking things and walked them all the way to the woods ( across our yard but still it is an acre and a half!! ) and i didnt use a wheelbarrow, i used my guns :) so this weekend seems busy but the next free day im taking out the tools and pulling up the grass/hay looking stuff and getting the soil ready.
I figured I would plant lettuce, green beans, peas, carrots, strawberries, and watermelon. I have never gardened before but was checking out the article on dailyspark. Any tips would be great. also can i plant them at the same time, does it matter when in the season i plant them?

most veggies start in late april depending on where you live. You can go to a local co-op and they can help you figure out what the seasons are if you want to grow specific things. :) Pretty much just stick them in the ground when its consistently warm out and make sure they get lots of sun. :) Comment edited on: 3/24/2011 3:58:17 PM Report Inappropriate Comment |
