66 laps in a little over 60 minutes.
I usually swim a little farther (and for a little longer), but the extra sleep made this feel great!
Tomorrow is a travel day. I'm hoping to get a 20-minute workout in before I leave for the airport.
Exercise + Getting yard work done = Double satisfaction.
My work shift started before 6:00 a.m. (5:45 a.m. to be exact) this morning. I was too tired to do the 20-minute workout I had hoped to do instead. *sigh*
90 minutes of yoga this morning. Man, I feel great! Tomorrow is an early start so I'm aiming for a 20-minute workout.
That was my choice this morning. So far, so good. I wonder how I'll feel about this decision at the end of the day.
