Ok, So today is my first official early morning walk of the year. I made up my mind last night that I was going to do it. With the help of my SparkTeam Members, my Meetup Group and finally alot of Self-Motivation I'm ready. What did I do to prepare you ask? Easy. 1. Prepare and plan the night before. 2. Gather my clothes, shoes and place them together. 3. Decide on an easy, quick and healthy breakfast. (Hot Oat bran for me). 4. Go to bed at a decent hour. (to lessen the, I don't want to get up effect). 5 Get up and do it. I'm off and running! or walking actually. Have a Great Day Everyone!!!
