Dumb thing.. but excited all at the same time!

I went to zumba on Tuesday and Body burn...did both of them that day.. left crying after body burn lol because welll it hurt... (I have fibromyalgia and afew other things on top) but i choose to push myself and try and get this weight off... Went home took a 2 hour nap and took flexril to relax the muscles and redduce inflammation.. wednseday morning got up felt better ( like I usually do...) Went to Zumba at noon... and this woman who come to our class just to stand in the middle of the room and not really particpiate in the class but feels the need to stand in the middle of everyone and not move (why she comes is beyond us at least try) So of course she has to be between me and another womand who is also sick of her lol... and we both took it up a notch and made this woman move or she wold have been hit with flying hands and feet.... so with myself already taking it uo a notch was bad enough but this one song it was cutely coriographed and has a part that you jump left right stop push left push right and you dothat a couple of times thruout the song... First I was SOOO excited that i JUMPED....I couldnt walk 3 years ago.. and a few months ago i couldnt even be on my toes or heels and yesterday I was jumping a little in class... I was so excited.... The woman in between us was forced to move left and right and dodge the rest of the time (so we felt better because we made her move it or lose it) I got home from working out and I was getting out of the car and went oh boy i am going to pay for the jumping.. came in took my meds... hubby came home told him.. had a friend over served her coffee I have sat yet lol took the shower before my friend came over... sitting talking to her went to get up and get refills and yeah not good lol.. i looked 90 going to the kitchen... my husband finished cooking dinner last night... and put my heat pad on in the bed for me before we got there... I was like wow Dunb!... i got up early this morning had errands to do and I was walking ok but could still feel it in my back and legs .. so I guess we will see if I get dumb again tomorrow or just leave the jumping out for a while longer lol....But I Jumped! LOL (Duh )

    We hope she learns anything.. she literally just stands there and just moves her hands and does her own thing...(which is not an issue if you can at least mve with the class) She makes it kniwn she is there .. she pushes her way into the middle (seriously) and then makes sure she leaves before the end of cool down.. Sighs so frustrating.. but thanks :) I am trying to move forward in everyway possible... :)

    What a great feeling to feel in control. Wow! Keep it up and let us hope that this dear lady who is in the middle doing nothing gets the message and end up at the back of the class until she learns the routine.

Weird day

Started off with just getting up and getting dressed turned into .. fedding the ducks (at our pond) and then cleaning of the car and going to get a coffee then browsing Barnes and noble for an hour.. then come home fed my birds and watered them.. started cleaning up all the winter stuff i had out ... turned in to scrubbing spots out of the rug and washing the kiitchen floor by hand .. and vaccuuming everything...Wiping down every room...

the sun is out it is a beautiful day... and i set the house up for spring.. hoping it comes sooner then later...

Looking forward to tomorrows zumba class and I have to go to un employment for a class I have a job I am a part timer and not getting all my hours that i usually get because of the winter we are having...

But at the same time it gives me the time to focus on me... just feel like.. i am losing the battle...I am just hoping it is just missing zumba because of the snow

I am down 6.6 pounds since Jan 3rd...I weigh in at 202.4 today! and clothes are that have been tight are comfortable and shirts are getting looser... it is nice to see the scale and the measurements going down :)

and to add to more calorie burn more Zumba and body burn classes are being added.. I am so addicited lol... I have to go to work at 4pm today.. but there is no classes.. i debated on going to the gym but i decided against today and tomorrow i will miss Zumba because I will be working but it is ok I will make it up tuesday wednesdat and friday this week and saturday I will miss zumba but might head over to the gym and do some weights after work..... I want this momentum to keep moving forward... I want to be under 200 again.... and then I want to be under 190 again and then 180 and then 170 and then 160 and then 150 and fall around 140 ish weather it is under 140 great if it falls between 140 and 150 that is fine with me :)...I can see the goal... i just want to get there.. but i am working the right direction... little goals.. like liftting your leg higher in clas.. doing even more of the routine that you didnt do before.. or perfecting moves now that you are use to the instructor and how she teaches.... little steps... Like losing 6.6 pounds!

I am so excited!! I went to Zumba today and my instructor is ADDING MORE ZUMBA and BODY BURN classes!!!

It is so addicting i almost feel bad when i cant make a class because of work LOL...I a seeing results already only 3 weeks into this monday starts the forth week I only lost 6 pounds on the scale but let me tell you I have Lost inches around my waist hips and 3 INCHES of my THIGHS! Like WOW.... I am really glad i measure myself along with the scale because i am telling you the scale is evil lol... But it is a gauge and I embrace it... I really was hoping to lose 10 pounds by the end of the month but it doesnt look like i will make it but hey its working and who knows one day i could lose 3 pounds at once lol... bodys are strange vessels... everything is shifting and changing and getting smaller i have alot to lose but I am so glad i am addicted to this class and the body burn... telling you if you have zumba classes near you try them out they are fun! You like latin dancing with all the waist and hip movements this is a class for you lol!!1 So coming soon I will be umbaing even more lol back to back classes!! Woot woot!! and she even add Classes On THURSDAY which was the day i had nothing because it was that stretch and tone womans class that called me fat.. she is gone! and Zumba is in!! woot woot!!
I am so glad I am excited abiout exercising again I never thought i would feel this way again...I am even thinking of recertifing my aerobic instructor certificate so i can teach classes again!
That is one of my many goals i have set for my self!! Told hubby that and he said great ! just keep doing what you are doing and you will get there! Woot! I am back in the gym rat style!

well i am one hurting puppy today... I did zumba and body burn yesterday and today i did yoga which helped release some of the muscles that hurt..but i couldnt even think of doing zumba after that so i did some errands and I am now home waiting for more snow to come down... i probably hurt between yesterday and the storm coming in...(the barometer that I am)
so my plans are to relax today and tomorrow and do errands and pick up the house.. and do zumba friday night and sat urday morning.. :)

just keep pushing along the numbers are already showing and this is only my 3rd week..
