ok .... i thought i would share this all with you...
My new gym has the 2 sessions with a personal trainer free...I usually dont take gyms up on this but i wanted to see where iI am in the process of getting fit and healthy and keep going...
So today was the assesment spent 40 minutes with her asking and answering questions and setting some goals for me...
I told her i have a few things i can and cant do so .. my goals i told her i want a stronger core... get my hamstrings stronger... and i explained the when you do double knee lifts and try to travel left or right i cant move left or right.. so she wrote this all down...
so.. then we did the bmi crap aand the heartrate and pushup test(how many you can do in a minute)
So bmi i am 30% suppose to be around 26% ok i am not far off from that.. not gonna worry about it...the heart rate test on the treadmill.. i did excellent it climbed up nicely and the went even lover then my starting heart rate to recover after a minute.. so heart is healthy.... and the last thing was how many push ups can you do in a minute and you could top and start as much as you need to..... well my friends... I did 36 push ups in one minute and didnt stop once and I was stoked when she said in my age group most women cant even do 15 pushups and have to stop frequently too get there!!
So i see her one more time Aug21st and we workout together for an hour and she give me a plan on what to work on...
I will also share that once i get it :)
She said there are not many women in the club that is as hardcore as I am LOL... she says i see you at all the classes do you work out every day I said i do 13 classes a week and i do it in 5 days and take sat and sun day off :) Her eyes bugged ot she was like YOU really are hardcore lol... and with fibromyalgia to boot ... lol
So I want to thank each and everyone of you for encouranging me on.... you all motivate me to be my best.. and to put my best foot forward every day!! and I thank you fo rthat... I have had many accomplishments this past year and half and i have many more goals to smash by the years end... and togeher we will reach all our goals!!

This is the kind of stuff l live for... the day you know you you are getting stronger and stronger... I am so glad I have changed gyms! ILove my Les mills teachers and the classes are pure torture and I love it!!! you see results quickly... and oe of them was tonight... I sang the whole song that played while we PLanked on our elbows and toes..... turned to a side plank held it ..went back to the center plank.held it.... then did the other side held it and back to center and held it to the end like it was nothing !!!! and that was after pushups and tricep push ups..... The weight is finally back to accurate with the ticker now... 5 more pounds to get back to the 50 pounds lost... minor set back... but i think with the hot weather (triple digits) and being on antiboitics to fight an infection in my molar that is being taken out monday and my body fighting a wasp sting on my toe (yes i fell apart right before 4th of july LOL) that my body just retained everything.. but i still went to my classes.. and fell over afterwards....... keep at it Stay strong.. you will accomplish the little things!!!Roar!
Ok..i started a new gym and I love it.. i am lifting weights in Pump class and getting cardio in Attack and zumba i take about 7-9 class a week and i will be adding rpm/cycling classes in at some point...So this is whats going on....i have only been with this club 2 weeks and in 2 weeks i have gained another 5 pounds... i will be damaned if i make my tracker say 170 that is a 10 lb gain since i have been back from tampa...i have not changed my eating habits.. i am on track with all my water food and exercise....here is TMI... My monthly friend was a week late (have no idea why) and we have had high heat and humidty here in NC... so i have no idea what is going on.. my clothes still fit (and the shouldnt at this weight) i dont look like i have gained 10 pounds... so i am wondering if my body is in shock because it actually had to start working out hard again instead of the other lazy gym that i really didnt... and i couldnt tell if this happen when i was in tampa lol because my father didnt have a scale lol...sigh... just frustrated at the fact that the scale is going up even though i am working harder lol.. i am hoping maybe my body is in shock and changing fat to muscle lol... in a couple of weeks i will post pictures .. my arms and legs are startign to define and getting stronger everyday!!! i am planking and doing pushups with the best of them.. lifting 30 to 35 lbs for squats and clean and press and 20 to 25 for chest presses.... 15 lbs for triceps and biceps.. and 15 to 20 for lunges...so i have increased my weights since i started also... i go back and forth on the numbers depending if i am having a strong day or a omg my muscles cant do the high one day lol.....so any thoughts or i am ok keep on going lol ( iwill keep on going anyways but lol i feel like i am crazy) lol oh i am crazy nevermind lol!!

well we headed out to Asheville NC once again to fiish up some hikes and waterfalls we wanted to do... i can say that we finished them like champs :)
we started at crabtreefalls friday
2 miles was rated as strenous.. i would have rated it as moderate (lol what does that mean ? LOL)

then we left there and checked in to our hotel room
and had dinner at
the next day we did mount mitchell to mount craig and the to the top of mount mitchell.. but as you will see the clouds were creeping in.. but we had a really good challenging hike.. i scaled rocks like a champ :)
now this next part my husband was obviously proud that i climb this like a champ last year i would have had trouble with this trail
he was proud :)

Half way thru the trail my husband stops and said in ocober at about this pnt you were having troublelifting your legs up over the rocks and you were breathing hard.. he says look at you now walking up them like a champ and not breathing hard.... like this is the jaunt itis suppose to be.. and high fived me :) that felt good here are few pictures of that hike

Then we ate here for dinner (remember this was a special weekend this is not how i usually eat lol)
Ahhhhh this was a 6 oz top sirlion steak lol with a sweet potato but i was so hungry i forgot to take the picture lol...
then we went for a walk for an hour in asheville... it was around a lake i wont bore you with those pictures.. and then we went too.....
yes that is a small blizard with m & m's ... mmmmmm made me happy :)
And this is the lasite of the day as we were walking back to our room... perfect!!
the next day we went to the Asheboro Zoo on the way home... i will not bore you with those pictues but if you want to see more of these hikes and the Zoo.. you can go to my facebook page a send a friend request to Adewyn Le Blanc and i will accept and you can see plenty more where this come from.... I was one tired baby when i got home that night... and i think it took the full week to get the salt out of system from the food we ate lol....
