I'm over the halfway mark!!!

I'm actually 3.8lbs from my first goal (wedding weight from 3.5 years ago)

I'm 19.2lbs away from my second goal (50lbs down so my mother and my hubby will stop smoking)

aaaaannnnnnddddddddd....

Only 29.2lbs to my absolute ULTIMATE goal. I haven't been able to say that in...well so many years I can't even REMEMBER the actual time.

*Sigh*

Alright so as you may of noticed my ticker now says 11lbs. (Does the happy dance)

Where have I been? Home...but doing a new program that is now the answer to all my prayers and I will never be without again.

I'm 11lbs lighter and 23.5" thinner overall....IN 14 DAYS!!!!!!!!!! I thought it was all a big crock of ... well you know, but I'm living breathing proof it's not. I have more energy, I sleep better (THANK GOD) and my cravings have pretty much taken a trip outta here.

If you have questions for me, just send them in, if you want to know where you can get it, contact me cause I probably have some good deals but honestly, I am SO SO SOOOO happy.

Of course, with my sparkpeople I am nothing anyhow as what a better place to log all my intake for the day and stay within a proper and healthy range for nutrition as well.

Alright so I've done 2 days this week at the gym and I'll be back in on Monday.

    The important thing is you haven't given up. You can do it. I'm finally having a lot more good days then bad and I am so happy. It took me over 6 months to get to this place. Your time will come to just hang in there and don't give up.

Day 3 - Rest Day?

Pffft as if. I can't have a rest day this early in the game. After yesterday and my 'stretch' only class, I had to do something other than nothing today!

It was NASTY hot too so the A/C in the house is sooooo nice.

I pushed play and did Turbo Fire's Fire 30/Stretch 10 class again today like I did on Sunday. 17 cal difference but I don't care, it's still 390 calories that are gone. The KFC dinner I'm sure wasn't a wise choice but I was struggling a bit today with stress etc so anything fast and nasty worked for me. I feel like crap now because of eating it but those days are few and far between.

I'll get there...tomorrow's class is going to kick my a$$! 55-60 mins of craziness...BRING IT ON CHALENE!

    My stomach is not feeling well tonite. My choices have not been terrific lately. I'm working on my foster license renewal and it is a big fat pain. I'm finally down to 1 drawing. I will be so glad when it is all done.

Day 2

Today's class entailed a 40 minute Stretch...which was much needed and very awesome. Tad intense but that's ok as I'm not used to Yoga etc. Not to mental I have bad carpal in my right wrist so it's difficult to do some things BUT...BUT I try them. That's all that matters.

Even though it was a stretch class, it's still 151 calories burned. 558 for the week so far.

Tomorrow is to be a day of rest but I'm going to do Fire 30 and maybe stretch 10 again as my week is going to be a little weird so I'm not completely on the laid out schedule...but I'm ok with that!
