So my new yoga classes are twice a week, and although its the beginners class, I am still the most inflexible person there!! The teachers though are lovely to me and make me feel very secure to try the poses and push a bit further then I am able to do on my own at home.
I am still doing the Chalean Xtreme program at home, but the problem is that the first half of the week seems to keep strong and fails towards the second half of the week when I have three workouts or so to go to complete the week. I then restart the week at the beginning to re-try to gain momentum. Even with the lack of consistency though completing the weeks I am seeing a marked improvement in my arms which is just brilliant.
My legs are also brilliant shape too, so now the only thing that really isnt is my tummy, which is my own fault I think as I have been slacking on the cardio elements, and not really doing any crunches.
Sadly this all happens round about the time the weather increases and so getting myself to do cardio in 30º + weather is a bit hard to do.
I plan to finish this month strong though and then see where July takes us.
