Well, I had a great birthday yesterday. Didn't oveeat. But ate some no-no's.
Feeling good today. Got my water and shakes ready. I look forward to this 35th year of life and all the possiblities it can bring.

6 weeks plan

Doing the Slim in 6 workout(beachbody) and 6 weeks body makeove diet r(micheal thurmond); hoping that I can get back into the 220s by the New Year so that I can start the new year with my average weight lost since Jan. 2010. I actually started the diet program yesterday and getting the DVDs today from my BFF/trainer. We will see what results I get in the end. I keep starting over. I have to have consistacy t, will powerand self control.

    just as long as u dont give up, no matter what number you see.. you know im here for you whenever you need me, dont hesitate to ask for help. We are in this together no matter how far apart we are. I wish we were together, so that way we can push each other harder. Im saying this because I care and i have seen where u came from and the determination and willpower in the beginning. you have to get that back as i am trying to also.Dont beat urself up, just speak kindly to urself and see whats the problem. put those before pics in ur kitchen to remind u everyday what u dont want to see again.I want to be here for you and i want u to be there for me...Help yourself first, then comes everyone else.     look at starting over as a good thing. Let me explain. Everyday is a new day- a new day to make better choices for yourself and your health. Starting over means you aren't just laying down and giving up. Starting over means you are a fighter. You can do it. I started over this week as well. Beachbody and their workouts are great to start over with! emoticon

Weekend Plans

I'm so glad its Friday.!!! I have my food prepared and the workout I will do for the day.
B- Protein Shake
Mid-1/2c Tuna
Lunch- 2 Tilapia & Yams
Mid-1/2 c Tuna
Dinner-Protein Shake & Small Salad( veggie only)
Workout- Upper Body Weights& Zumba (of course)
Water intake - fill my 60 oz jug :)
HAVE a GREAT Friday !!!
Weekend for me--
Saturaday 5K walk/Race for A Cure(AM) Taebo(pm)
Sunday- (AM) restart the Couch to 5k program) W1D1
*lots of water and protein!!!

Breakfast- 1/2 c tuna---check
Mid- Strawberries w/ honey 1 cup---check
Lunch- Tuna 1/2 cup
Mid -- 2 slices of ham w/ 1 slice of cheese
Dinner- sauteed tiliapia 1 1/2 fillets, sweet potato fries, zuchini squash
Water- 70 + oz
Workout-- Lower body Weights & Zumba . 1.30hrs
Making it a GREAT day!!!
