Well it is a hard day I will give in to that. Am I tempted to eat, yes but amazing the cravings are gone. I am wanting to snack on something crunchy. I have 23 more min until I can have that snack, so I am sure I can make it.
I got up this morning and ate my breakfast, but missed out on the fruit, b/c I was up late last night unable to fall asleep due to hunger again. So at 7am, I woke up starving, ran downstairs ate a cup of cheerios and went back to bed. I got back up at 10am and ate my snack of an orange and 13 almonds and had a coffee with skim milk, no half and half here. Then at noon had my lunch of salad. So my snack, then my supper which is all ready and easy to assemble. Plus my snack for tonight is in tuberware ready to eat. Just to get over the urge to eat every hour of everyday.
Still 209, which is fine, I would not expect to loose anymore this week. In fact I have never in my life lost 10lbs in one week, so I will not take it for granted. By the end of next week I hope to see 205, which is a 4lb loss, but as we all know the second week can be a no loss week, so I am holding strong and knowing my body is much better off this way.
Looking at my options for exercise today, hoping to squeeze in 30min again.
i am at a loss as to WHY or HOW I am hungry I am eating 1700 calories a day....that is plenty of food for the body to survive and is actually over what I should actually be eating.
