I am sorry I have been gone so long but my computer went down and I just got it back running.
The month of March was very disappointing anyway. I have been on a platue all month. No gains but NO losses either. I can't find my camera but as soon as I do I will post March and April's pictures. Since I was on that platue I started looking very carefully at what I was doing wrong so I could change it. The first thing I notice was that I am not getting enough sleep but I don't know what or where I can cut anything out. So may if you all see my scheduled you can find an 8 hour chunk I can cut and then I will sleep during that time. By the way this will change a little after Easter. Here it goes: Monday up at 2am working from 2:15 am to5:30am, doing computer things(now that my computer is working) 5:30am to 6am then off to morning mass, mass is from 6:15am to 6:45am, back Home to get the kids up and ready for school that is from 7am to 7:15am then off to next job that is from 7:30 to 8:45 getting home around 9am, from 9am to 11am house work, appointment making, workout and finish any computer stuff I need to do, then back to work for lunch duty from 11:15 am to1:15 pm, back home for lunch and returning phone calls from 1:30pm to 2:15 pm then back to work at 2:30 pm to 3:45 pm then I go into Mom duties anything from homework to shopping ( any mom out there will know what that is) Tuesday goes about the same except that I don't go to church at 6:15am because I go at 6:30pm and then I go to a religion class after that which runs from 7:30pm to 8:45pm. Wednesday starts out the same then changes at 10:15 am where I have to go back to work and work until 12 noon come home until 12:45pm work from 1pm to 2:15 pm then into mom mode. Thursday is Monday's scheduled. Friday is Tuesday scheduled. So for a quick recap 2am-5:30am work,6 am- 6:45 church,7am-7:15 getting kids ready for school, 7:15 -8:45 work, 9-11:15 home, 11:15 to1:15 work,1:30 to 2:15, 2:30 to 3:45 work 4pm to 9 mom duties. Well while you are looking at that I talk to the PE couch to change my workout and that has been what worked.
