did a mile

yesterday was really nice here in MA,so i went to a walking park and was going to do the 1/2 mile i have been doing.I noticed a lot of older people walking and they were doing a lot more then a 1/2 mile,im like if they can do it so can i.I walked a whole mile,it took me a long time and i had to sit a few times but it felt so good to do it.I reached 5513 on my pedometer,the most i have hit since wearing it.Today im going to change it up and do some yoga and exercises on the WII and also use the resistance bands

I joined spark coach and have been eating healthy and started doing some exercise at least 10 mins a day.I now look forward to doing it.whether it be using the wii,walking outside,or a spark video of resistance training.Yesterday i had my car at the garage which is only 1/4 mile from my house.when they called and said the car was ready i debated walking down to get it or waiting for a ride.I actually had a fear of getting half way there and not making it the rest of the way.finally i said to myself just do it and off i went.i walked slow and just took my time but i made it.i use to walk a mile or 2 at atime and hadnt realized how much i miss it.
