I made it through my first day and have come back for more. I was searching the fitness stuff and couldn't really find a video that I (being a baby to the 'E' stuff) gave me a low impact workout to get me started. Well I did find an YouTube video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSZj19AUU5I&
feature=relmfu that is a 30 minute workout and is a Low Impact Cardio for Beginners - just what I need. Since I want to begin slow and not injure myself I have broken it up to 10 minute sessions at a time. WOW, the 'E' stuff 3 times a day, people who know me will fall flat on the floor in an unconscious state. I have always reported, to anyone that asked me what I do for 'E', "I'm allergic to the 'E' stuff"...just break out in this horrendous sweat.
I have coming in the mail today a scale to weigh my food. Well, I'm trying to be good here, ! My problem at the moment is that I just went to the grocery store and stocked up on my supply of food and of course it contains items that I probably shouldn't be having. Trying my best to work it in and will make some major changes the next time. It is difficult for me to get to the store, I'm legally blind and do not drive, so I purchase enough food to last me a month. I really hate grocery shopping...you sure wouldn't know it by looking at me .
I have found the senior life style page and have really enjoyed looking at all the fun stuff to do and read. They actually have a Spark Team in my town, what a great thing to find people MY AGE in MY AREA that I can hook up with.
Well, it's about lunch time and I want to finish off that Chicken Penne Pasta Salad that I made yesterday, got 3 meals off it. See you all later
