Week 17 Success ......almost there by Christmas

I was hoping to be 199 today but I cannot bring myself to weigh in. Still I count this week a success.

I know I was down 41 lbs 2 days ago but I have cooked and cleaned and eaten good food and even had champagne so......... this week I count myself a success only because I have enjoyed my past four months of success and celebrated. I learned I can take two days to feel normal and not make excuses to family for why I cannot --or will not eat this or that. This is a success. The day is over and I am ready to be back on track starting right now. I will wake up tomorrow and check the damage done---and still know there has been success. I give myself one more week ---even to January 3 to get to the 199. It can be done. I have done it before. I will do it again.

Week 16 success

Week 16 week end Dec 17 down not quite 40 lbs (-.7)
1. keeping calories under 900 except 1 day
2. trying to add berries within reason
3. switching to unsweetened (not even artificially sweetened) sparkling water
4. getting more activity ---even to have sore muscles
5. preventing weight gain --- that's something---aka plateau

FAILS---almond bark 155 calories 2 nights;pecan clusters 1 night; 1tbsp frosting 1 night
can't have this stuff in the house; don't know why I gave myself permission to eat this emoticon


Ummmm just checked last week's entry---seems like nothing really new this week except that I was NOT able to resist the Christmas baking supplies----

    Congrats on the 33 lbs lost!! emoticon You're doing SO WELL if you can keep your calories down so low all week and lose weight and save i day to go a bit over! But, GET the Almond Bark out of the house! I GIVE YOU PERMISSION! emoticon

Week 15 success

Total lost 39 lbs week 15 end Dec 10 (1.6)

1. Kept calories low even adding veggies
2. Increased water with club soda
3. Had 2 days increased carbs with control
4. Got enough exercise to have DOMS
5. Shopped for Christmas baking and have not been tempted to eat it!!

36 lbs lost Week 13 ended Nov 26 (4.2)(2.4)
1. Keeping at 800-900 or less calories
2. Very little or no soda
3. No energy drinks
4. Lots of hot lemon water
5. Wearing size 16 comfortably---also size 14 Sweetheart
