Week 10 success

68 days 27 pounds lost

After some troubles in Week 9-- with carb calorie days, I am back on track.

1. Reset for blood sugar by clearing the carbs---nothing but veggie --doesn't include tomato
2. Eating 5 times a day 4 Opti/ plus 1 meat only
3. Discovered sugar free jello can satisfy
4. Discovered hot lemon water with Stevia is better than tea or nestle flavor water
5. Broke the 220 plateau--got to 218 legitimately---not water but real pounds

Week 8 success

56 days 24 pounds lost

1. I can feel my pants are loose in the thighs
2. Some clothes just look too big
3. Able to keep calories really low 3-4 days in a row then up for 1
4. increasing water
5. one mini bp episode

  


Week seven success

49 days 24 pounds down still recognizing successes
1. Learning how to recover from binge day (1500 cal) followed by 3 days 800 or less
2. Adding food slowly lettuce, eggs, reasonable dressing, meat and whey protein
3. Eating reduced quantity with parents
4. Focusing hunger towards cheat/binge day
5. Considering b-12 may help

  


Week six success

42 days, beginning to eat real food once a day, still recognizing trigger food
1. 21 lbs total loss (2 this week --some higher carb days (above 100)
2. Met at 2000mg and consistent vitamins
3 daily weighing except when high carb morning after
4. honest logging even when overindulged on optifast bars and pizza topping
5. still off the coffee but had an energy drink
