What a day!!!!!!!!

WHAT A DAY!! WOO HOOO
OMG!! WHAT A DAY YESTERDAY!!!

Got up and had my shake, then went to the new gym and taught cardio classes (also got a new client), came home and got on the scale and OMG! 159.8 on the scale!! OMG OMG OMG! I did it! YAY I broke through the 160's finally!! I'm never ever going back!! Gonna stay on track to reach my goals!! The lowest I've been is 158 on the journey, so I'll be ready to blow that number out of the water and get out of the 50's for good. So very proud of myself for getting there. I was /have been really focused this week, working really hard.




Later went for a walk with the family and then came home and ate dinner. It was a great day!! I'm so excited!!!

3.8 bammmmm!!!!
Another amazing day, got up trained a client, killed it on strength training today, then came home had a nap then went for a run, mu body just ached everywhere so my run turned into a 4 mile walk. I'd rather log the miles for moon joggers than quit, so walking won.

Then went to grocery store and came home, I'm detoxing today (no I'm not starving! ) it's easy, three shakes, yogurt, and an avocado, eek I am not loving the texture but I'm gonna find a way to eat it since they're so healthy for me.

Made really really great choices today, even was tempted after a great workout to eat a HUGE praline, instead I looked it up saw how many calories I had and said "PASS"!!

    Hey I joined moon joggers too! Today I'm celebrating the 44th anniversary of man landing on the moon by going out for a jog! it'd be great to get someone to do it with me :)

Im doing really good, been on track and kicking butt.
Yesterday rocked, got lots of exercise and stayed in calories
I even felt tempted in the evening to binge but chose to go to bed instead of raiding the kitchen!!
Very proud of myself!!

Yesterday was a good day, actually it was a great day, I was on track rocking, did a Bob Harper Video in the morning! 30 minutes of sweat!! I knew I had cardio later so I took it fairly easy the rest of the afternoon. Then the kids came home and it started!! UGH while I was preparing dinner they just kept bickering and fighting, sending my stress level right to BINGE mode, Instantly I opened the cupboard, grabbed my gluten free rice crackers and I ate 3, then 2 more, grabbed my phone logged it and said to them, STOP before I eat the whole house!!! I instantly realized what I was doing, where I was about to go with my food (about 1000 calories in 3 minutes), so I walked out of the kitchen and occupied myself with other thing until it was time to go to the gym.

Thankfully I had planned my meals and snacks ahead of time and knew that I'd be ok even with those 5 crackers, the planning really helped me in my mind because I was like NO NO NO, you're day is set to be on track don't don't don't!!!

So I went to the gym where I knew I was going to teach an hour cardio, but I knew I was short on my burn so I logged 30 mins of Elliptical before I left the house, and that made me committed, I said, when class is done I will get on the Elliptical for 30 minutes to help me reach my cardio burn for the day & I did! Another proud of me moment! I could have just said NOO I'm tired, don't want to but I pushed though!


Came home at my snack that I accounted for earlier in the day, knew I was going to be over by about 40 calories from my highest - but was ok with that since I had already accounted for the shake and I really needed the protein after working out.

Went to bed shortly after 10, kept waking up, then around 2 my stomach is growling, I feel like I'm starving, but kept telling myself, NO you are not getting up, this is the old binge habit trying to kick in, You can wait till morning, I knew if I got out of bed I was gonna devour the kitchen in minutes, so I laid there, tossed and turned for like an hour and finally dozed back off.

Again very proud of myself! I chose to make great choices and stopped a binge dead in its tracks! A+ day for me in my opinion.

WOO HOO!! I'm just a girl and I'm FIREEE!!
A great day yesterday, I went for a run and did some interval training, 4.12 in 48:56 minutes. Around 11:50 for miles per hour, I went a new route and was greeted with a big ass hill, but I pressed on and made it up the hill, then did some speed running, and then some walking... My goal is 62 mins or less for a 6.2 (10k) by April 21st. Still got plenty of time to work on my speed!!

Later trained a client and did 30 mins elliptical on hills, then 30 mins strength training, then went and trained another client and did 30 more minutes

Scale is moving back down in the right direction YAY!! 164.4
I've lost 6lbs since the 1st when I got on the scale at 170.2 THANK GOD! Done with that gaining crap!!


Made GREAT food choices yesterday, and got my water in.
