I had a bad day yesterday. I felt down and used that as an excuse to do very little and eat alot. When I woke up this morning my first instinct was to feel like I might as well give up. So instead of doing that I am writing out my 'self talk'. I am going to get through this day in a positive way. I am going to measure and track my food, exercise and keep my long term goal in mind.
