So I know the whole when you get started, you are adding muscle weight and it weighs more than fat, so you shouldn't let the scale be your guide. Well, I've barely lost any inches and the scale has gone down less than 6 lbs in a month. I was so frustrated yesterday I went home CRYING after my workout. I'm eating better now than I ever have, restricting my intake to 1400 which is a nice conservative number. I'm actually starting to wonder if it's more an underlying health issue than anything. I'm just disgusted.
