Wow! I think I might actually be on a streak! 15,000 steps/day for the last 5 days! After realizing that, I decided to see how many days in a row I had tracked my food - 26 days! I actually have a real streak and I've almost hit one month on that streak!
Tomorrow we're going out of town - just for the day, though. It's so nice to have a semi scheduled life. I like routines but I always have to give myself room to change things because I like spontaneity. As soon as we have a good set routine, I'm ready to change it. I like change as much as routine! That's a good thing though. It works very well for exercise and cooking.
Well that went slightly off track, but it's a great reminder that I'd like to stay on track in other areas.
