I woke up with a sore throat and a little cold, I think. I wasn't sure how well I was going to do with exercise today, but by this evening I was able to get on the bike for an hour and a half. I didn't eat as healthy as normal but I was able to stay within my calorie range, so overall I think it turned out pretty well.

I did two hours of steps on the Wii today. It was nice. I got it done in the morning and was able to work on the house this afternoon. I got rid of quite a few things to make our small house feel more comfortable. It's nice to get in my exercise and get stuff done on the house. One day I WILL get up early to exercise! For now I am just happy to get it done whenever I can. I really need to go to bed earlier and get up earlier. I think that mentally I will feel much better if I can accomplish this small goal. I'm in bed now and hoping to be asleep by 10pm. I really need to talk to my husband about turning everything off at a certain time, I'm just not sure how to go about it. If we could just turn everything off by 11pm, I think it would be a great improvement. I know a big part of it is me also. If I can consistently put everything down, every night by 11pm, then he'll begin to do it also. So I'll start tonight and see how this affects, well, everything.
