Well day three in and tracking well. At least I can say that I have learnt some healthy techniques for cooking. It's just avoiding the temptations of the things around me.
Kev is being so good at tolerating the trials and errors of my dishes, getting him involved on the BBQ works be cause then I guess he feels like the dish is part his creation.
Dinner last night lacked over all flavour, the veges on the BBQ was a good idea, the chicken I think I needed to marinate to collect more flavour or maybe use stronger flavour. Back to Healthy choice frozen meal tonight. Round 2 with the Pasta and veges tomorrow.
Admittedly my leftovers with 2 eggs scrambled tossed through today was far more of a success.
Well, lunch has had time to settle so time for my walk.
