Challenge goals

I am in a challenge and my goals during that time are of course to lose weight (8lbs) is my goal but more importantly I hope to add good habits back into my daily life. Eating smaller meals, eating out less, getting in a minimum of 20 minutes of exercise a day I want the healthy ways to become second nature. That is what I hope to accomplish day 1 04/15/2013.

It's all about progress, not perfection. Through the ups and downs, keep at it and these healthy ways will become second nature.
