Caught the flu have been out of work for three days with it. Unable to workout do to this crud.
Good news couldn't take in many calories either so should work out. emoticon

Had a bit of a set back was not keeping track of in take and did not work out enough to get rid of extra calories. Gained three pounds but learned a valuable lesson. Must watch what I do and must hold myself accountable. So here is to a fresh start and getting it right! emoticon

Today has been a rough day could not get enough chocolate. Ussually have some home made cookies made of dark chocolate, almonds, coconut, and almonds to get pass this phase. However haven't had time to make them so bought a bag of chocolate. Big mistake at most of it. emoticon

    Found a dark chocolate bar by hershey's in a miniature size. It has almonds in it actually I think more almond than chocolate. However I have found if I just let it dissolve in my mouth that the craving for chocolate goes away quick. Then I crunch down on the almonds they give a little extra in the feeling full.

  Somewhere there was a news article or magazine that said chocolate was kind of a pain killer. My mom usually eats a small amount of chocolate a day. When my dad was in the hospital a few days, she forgot to eat chocolate. She had unexplainable pain intense, in her legs and kind of all over. She walked, she took meds, she did anything she could think of, stretching etc. Then she remembered she hadn't had chocolate. So she ate a chocolate bar and her pain went away! :)

    I usually don't have a problem with chocolate but this week, every day mid-afternoon I have had a HUGE chocolate craving. What's up with that????? Even today I was able to pass on the chocolate bars in the staff room I ended up eating some chocolate that "found" its way home with me......oh well, tomorrow is another day.

    Oh man! Just reading this makes me want that kind of cookie! All my favorite ingredients! We all have days like this. Just be careful. Track it and maybe that will help stop you from going overboard. Good luck. emoticon emoticon

    I understand the dilemma!! I ate a KING SIZE Twix and some M&M's. My excuse? I'm not feeling good...Yeah, I know. Lame!!

Just remember that you can start right where you are...you don't have to start over!

I have found that if I deal with all the excess in my house by cleaning it out has helped me clear my mind and helped me clear my mind abling me to concentrate on cleansing my body of bad things. emoticon
