Just finished my AM exercises and breakfast after getting 8.5 hours of sleep last night!!! Wahoo!!! I feel terrific. Next on tap: I am headed into the bedroom to START getting it ready for my new bedroom set... it will be several weeks before delivery which gives us time to clean out closet and chests and PAINT the walls --- yeah, that part took some talking to arrange.... my hubby wasn't thrilled that I wanted to paint the walls and ceiling, but he realized it was the appropriate thing to do... If you are going to do a project, you might as well do it 100%

I'll check back in later, I don't want to lose my motivation for doing the bedroom thing - so I'd better get started...lol

Hi there,

Nothing special to report today. I got up late and could only do 10 minutes of exercise this morning.... yeah, so, I made up for it when I got home and hit my goal of 1 hour daily exercise.

I Forgot to actually eat lunch, but I did have a late breakfast and a snack before dinner. Still got in all my fruits, veggies and water.

Off tomorrow.. going to be a busy day in every way... lots of things on my to do list.

Long drive home tonight due to inclement weather... heading off to bed... good nite!

Not really, I just liked that heading.. lol..

Made ya look!

Had a rather average day. Still keeping up with exercise, about an hour a day. Doing better gettin within my calorie range and saying NOOOO to snacks after I have reached my range. Tonight was tough for that.... I kept wanting to snack but I am already on the high end of my range. Instead I came here an wrote about WANTING to snack... hahahahaha what a trade off, huh?

I'm really tired so I am cutting it short tonight.. Expecting lots of snow here tonight and tomorrow 8-12 inches.... yeah, doesn't seem like much to some of you folks who were practically buried alive recently, but, I HATE COLD AND SNOW! And yes, I still have to drive to work and back --- should take at least an extra hour -- oh yayyyy, a 3 hour drive.... something to look forward to!!!! NOT!!

Oh, well. I will just take it as it comes and deal with it any way I can. After all, what else can you do? Just go with the flow.

Good night folks... keep smiling and I hope you are all staying focused, eating healthy and remembering to do your exercises.

I don't get it. I ate right. I exercised twice a day averaging 75 minutes a day. Ate lots of fruits and veggies.... drank 10+ glasses of water a day... and DIDN'T LOSE A SINGLE LB!!

Talk about frustrated. I just started crying for no reason this morning. I really thought I would have seen some results. NOTHING. NOTHING AT ALL.

I suppose I should be happy that I didn't gain anything... but, I don't know... My measurements didn't even change!!!!

Yes, I am sooo frustrated it isn't even funny. I guess I'll go take it out on the one armed bandits down at Foxwoods.

Cha Ching!!! Maybe I'll win big bucks on the slots then build a home gym and hire a full time trainer for myself with all my winnings!!! That is THE PLAN for the day.

I'll try to check in when I get back.

You have SO much to be rewarded!!! I bet you are in some kind of mid-month hormone flux...us woman can go up/down like crazy.
I am really proud of you for keeping on track and keeping your chin up!

I went through a plateau stage and it was so frustrating but just around the corner the change is waiting....

I am so sorry the scale did not reflex all the efforts you have put into this.

THE TRUTH is it can not keep denying you. It will have to start to reflect the work by dropping soon.

    It is no doubt water weight. Don't get down as in a few days you will see a reward. You are building muscle also. You will be victorious! Try to keep away from the goodies today. Happy Valentine's Day!

Tomorrow is WI day.............

Well, tomorrow is my WI day. I'm hoping for a 4 lb loss, but who knows what the gods inside the scale will allow me... emoticon

I really really want to join a gym... but I'm not sure if going 2 days a week would be enough for the cost of a membership. Going after work would be really tough, nearest one to my house is about 20 minutes away. If I were to go on the way home from work, I'd be looking at not getting home until 9pm or later. Don't know if I am up for that - I NEED my BEAUTY rest. emoticon

I could definitely go on weds & sundays (my days off) without a hitch. KIM!!! This is all YOUR fault... you are INSPIRING ME!!!! emoticon

Well, I think I will look into it, who knows where that will lead.
