I hope y'all had (or are having) a wonderful Easter!
I made a healthy egg scramble with ham, onion and pepper for hubby and I for breakfast.
We made some microwave chips.
We are still cooking the apple chips -- but I guess they are going to take a lot longer than I anticipated --- I guess they will end up being a snack for tomorrow night.
Hit the gym today... did 63 minutes on treadmill and a bunch of strength exercises. I was bummed they were closing at 3pm -- lol, it threw off my whole routine for the day and the only reason I made the chips is I was BORED.

Yahoo!! 2 more lbs!!! total of 61 lbs so far!! That is sooooo motivating.
I called hubby up on the way home from work today and he was almost home... I had him grab my ipod and meet me at the gym. (yeah, my gym bag was in my car, brought it to work with me)
2 days in a row!!!!
Planning on both Saturday and Sunday too.
We'll see how it goes.

I went to the gym today ALL BY MYSELF!!
Hubby is working, I had the day off and I went to the gym!!!
I am soooooooooooooo excited it isn't even funny.
50 minutes on treadmill.
45 rows on the rowing machine. 40 lbs
65 pumps on the tricep press. 50 lbs
I am feeling GREAT!

You just never know what you are going to get!!
So here's what I've been up to these days.
Been going to the gym 2x a week. Having a great time doing it too. Have not ventured there on my own yet, but I am thinking Thursday is THE DAY.
Been staying in calorie range, eating tons of fruits and veggies - which, by the way, DO NOT help you to hit your calories.... the more fruits and veggies I eat, the less calories I eat --- cukes, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, lettuce, cantelope, strawberries, apples, grapes --- not very high on the calories range.
Still exercising before and after work.
Finished painting bedroom.
Had to have new well water tank installed. HAD ZERO PRESSURE. Yeah, try to take a shower with just a trickle of water... I DARE YOU!
My microwave oven imploded. Ok... so it didn't implode, but it did go to the big appliance graveyard in the sky and meet it's maker! Ok, it was more of a fizzle than an implosion.
Made a pile of cloths for goodwill drop off. I needed to clean out my dresser for my new bedroom set and tried on EVERYTHING and realized..... CRAP, it doesn't fit anymore. It's ALL BAGGY and FALLING OFF!!
Got bedroom delivered Saturday. Got new tires and brakes on my car on Sunday. The fire alarm in my restaurant went off at 3 am Monday morning and I got a phone call --- My opening manager informed me at 4 am that the fire dept had to get into my supervisor's office. YEAH, THEY BROKE HIS DOOR DOWN ----- no fire, no smoke, nothing ---- they just couldn't figure out why the alarm went off so they figured they'd check his office. INTELLIGENT?
Then they demanded we have the alarm company come in and check out the whole system and they gave me a deadline of 4pm !!!
Monday was a bad day. Short on staff. Dealing with alarm issue. TV people were having trouble connecting to my TV's and needed access to my office area. And, not that this has anything to do with anything, but, IT HAS BEEN RAINING FOR 2 DAYS !!!
BUT I AM STILL ON TRACK AND FEELING HAPPY, HEALTHY AND TERRIFIC (Richard Tosti)
I guess my box of chocolates didn't have any caramels in it, eh? (my favs)

Nothin special is happening with me these days. Just working - working and working, and oh, yeah, exercising, painting and eating healthy and staying within my goals for food tracking --- although I have trouble with getting all the different tracked targets (protein, carbs, calories, fiber, fat) all in range at the same time. I succeeded 3 days in the past week, which is wayyyy better than I normally do.
Did the gym on Sunday. 45+ minutes on the treadmill alone, then I hopped onto some upper body strengthening machines. Yeah, then I went home and finished painting my bedroom. Yayyyy, new bedroom set is being delivered on Saturday. Woo Hoo!
I know I have been slacking on the homefront here. I have lots going on at work and stuff --- I'm just having trouble fitting everything into each day. lol.
I think of you guys everyday -- if I couldn't track my food and exercise on my cell phone (yeah, I do it while I'm driving to save on time.. hmmm how healthy is THAT?) I would be bumming.
Well, gotta run. Early day tomorrow.... gotta be out of house and on the road before 5:30 am.. visitors coming to my store tomorrow.... need to be in tip top shape and I have orders to do before they arrive.
