Thanks for all your support people. I'm new and yet, you all jump right in and make me feel like I belong here. This is amazing. I'm into chapter 3 of the SPARK, and I am feeling it. I think my temporary lack of ability to exercise is directly related to the amount of sleep i DO NOT get. I say temporary because I will find a way to sleep 7-8 hours on a regular basis. It would be easier if I didn't get home from work at such a late hour, but, as the old saying goes, "where there is a will, there is a way." I'm off work tomorrow so I will be doing some errands, making my POSITIVE and INSPIRING goals and also making my VISUAL GOALs Poster to look at every day. My family is going to think I am NUTSOOO, but who cares.
My very first thing I am going to do tomorrow? Have a cup of java then I am going to pop this dvd in that I got over a year ago - it came with one of those big bouncy exercise balls and the exercise bands.. I am going to use it tomorrow to start off my exercise STREAK! Then I plan to take it one day at a time and climb a bunch of small little ant hills on my way to the Mt. Everest of my Goals.
Someday -- I will look good in a bathing suit!
