I have not weighed again due to not having a scale here in fl. and the gyms scale is broken. My husband says there is one at gym in resort beside us so I will head there tomorrow. I have been okay but not with exercise. I must put myself first. I'm going to pick up speed, emoticon

    I don't always use the scale to see my progress. I can tell how things are going by the way my clothes seem too be growing. I know as they get bigger, I am doing something right. I always need a new battery for my scales and then tend to rely too much on it to. I would rather eat healthy and keep moving and know that I am doing the best I can on this healthy lifestyle journey. I definitely have more energy most days!!
You may start out slowly but you will soon be kickin' it!!!
