Today, friday, I can truthfully say I have stayed on tract with diet and exercise. I have refused all the goodies my husband has brought in forgetting my junk food days are over pretty much. Weekends are tougher for me, but I will survive! Prayerfully, I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!

I am sick with a summer cold. It is 92 degrees, can't go outside, just lying around feeling sorry for myself. This too shall pass, hopefully like tomorrow. emoticon

Still Standing

I am still here, trying to find my way. Getting better at this daily even tho I must say it takes some study. I am struggling with my weight, need to lose 80 #'s being pre-diabetic doesn't make it easy. Exercising, eating healthier and staying focused truly helps. I will continue to take one day at a time while I am "Still Standing".

IT's also a great way to get the spark started. Then once you're more familiar with all the tools and features start looking for other groups you might be interested in interacting with.     Congratulations on your first blog. Keep up the good work. The more you put into you program (blogging, huddling, tracking food and exercise minutes, posting on your team pages, earning spark points) the more you will get out of your program- besides weight loss, you will get emotional support, friends who understand exactly what you are going through, accountability, focus, dependability...and the list goes on...
