I am exhausted, my shoulders are killing me.
I didnt work out yesterday unforseen mattr had to be taken care of; baby girl wanted to be all up in my workout space. A huge basement but she needed to be in my space.
In any case my muscles are burning like crazy right now. Ibruprofen dinner tonight!
Tomorrow is Max Interval Circuit, which is by far the most physical workout known to man. I HATE IT, dread it, but I will be pushing play to get thru it. 60 minutes of pure sweat and determination.

Ok last night was not as bad as yesterday, but needless to say it was hard as hell.
I mastered push ups in month 1, now Shaun T. is trying to be all fancy with new ways to do them.
16 pushups, 16 low runs, 8 wide runs; might not have done all 16 but I was pushing hard
Push-Up Squats; Ahh?? not liking these very challenging.
Getting thru this hour long workout is serious business. At this point the only way to get thru month 2 successfully is breath, keep perfect form, pace yourself, land soft, and SCREAMING out during the whole workout!!
We Can Do It, Day 3 tonight - Max Recovery! Seems misleading. Hmmm??

My Dear SP Buddy TACONES, just challeneged me to Insanity - Aslyum, after we complete Insanity. When I first read her invite, I said "Hell to the Nah", she IS crazy. Insanity is wearing my tail out on a regular basis, how can I put myself thru anything any more grueling than this? 60 days is a commitment that takes up my time from other stuff, I can't do another 30 days of this.
I mean Insanity takes me away for at least 1 hr from ....Hmmm? Sitting watching TV, stuffing my face with whatever is in the pantry.
Then 5 minutes later I had second thoughts on the invitation to challenge myself. Getting back into tip top condition again should and is not easy, so Why Not ? I have never backed down from a challenge, nor anything that I have doubted myself in doing. How many times have you said to yourself you don't think or capable of doing something, then in the end you DID IT? I partically do it everyday.
Pushing myself daily past my comfort level is fulfilling. I will get my Insanity "I Earned It" T-shirt after my 60 days. Shaun T. I love to hate you 6 days a week.

*Good thing I work for the govt, my health benefits should cover any unforseen psychiatric help that I need by taking this challenge on, LOL!

Seriously, WTF just happened? I don't even know what I just did, but I do know my arse will be sore in the morning. My shoulders are burning, my eyes are rolled back of my sockets, my back is achy...
Just when I had month 1 down to a science Shaun T. throws you over into the Grand Canyon Waterfalls. GERONIMO!!
Shaun T. had the nerve to have Fit Test on same day! I tried to conserve my energy to do the Day 1 after Fit Test, boy that did not help at all. My numbers were so so for Fit Test, my foot rolled on the switch kicks. Whateva, I know I can bust it out next time.
Month 2 Day 1 - is a Killer Beast! This DVD should only be done twice the entire program! I can't believe what I just got myself into, LMBO!! I will be taking some ibuprofen tonight for sure!
Caution: If you see the word "Max" preceding ANYTHING, RUN like hell! It should be called EXTREME Interval Circuit.
