Ok. I started week 3 over minus Fit Test! Because of last weeks trip out of town!
I am proud to say although my body felt a little tired at very beginning it got back into the rhythm of the program.
I even surprised myself with getting all the way to the Level 1 Drill Pushups I actually did real push ups for several rounds of the drill. GO ME!!
I had the nerve to add in another exercise program for the week. Chalean Johnson TurboFire - 5 Day Inferno. It was hell after and Shaun T. workout but I kept up for the most part ; I have done Turbo Jam before! I really like this new workout by Chalean. She rocks!!
My body remembers Shaun T program after 3 missed days, I am on a mission to maxmize my workouts and burn those calories!!
I even ate better today, minus McD fries I was craving for a week! But hey, I'm working on Me, and thats what counts!
