What a Freakin' workout! 2+ hrs. Cardio abs will be done tomorrow w my cardio recovery
I am done for the night. I hope I can make to the shower my body is beyond feeling limp. I know I'll sleep good tonight.

    Girl, I know the feeling. Way to work it out. I guess you are really making up for last week.
This week my body is tired. I am going to appreciate cardio recovery. Make sure you are eating right.

Week3 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit & TurboFire 55

Ok. I started week 3 over minus Fit Test! Because of last weeks trip out of town!
I am proud to say although my body felt a little tired at very beginning it got back into the rhythm of the program.

I even surprised myself with getting all the way to the Level 1 Drill Pushups I actually did real push ups for several rounds of the drill. GO ME!!

I had the nerve to add in another exercise program for the week. Chalean Johnson TurboFire - 5 Day Inferno. It was hell after and Shaun T. workout but I kept up for the most part ; I have done Turbo Jam before! I really like this new workout by Chalean. She rocks!!

My body remembers Shaun T program after 3 missed days, I am on a mission to maxmize my workouts and burn those calories!!

I even ate better today, minus McD fries I was craving for a week! But hey, I'm working on Me, and thats what counts!

Happy Monday - May Redo Week 3

Since I left out of town toward end of last week, I am really contemplating Redoing this past weeks workout program minus Fit Test (LOL).

I feel like I would have cheated myself if I would continue on with the program knowing I missed 3 days in totally due to packing, shopping for our trip.

So in about 20 minutes I would have either started the Week 3 over or continued on as scheduled. Will post my workout after tonight. Stay Tuned

Going to miss 2 Insanity Days

I will leavign town on Friday - Sunday afternoon to see my Sister-n-law graduate from Ole Miss University. I will be missing Insanity workouts for 2 days.
There is no way for me to do them while away not enough space in Mother-n-laws home, in addition there will be tons of family visiting throughout since we havent been in awhile.

I can't do any other exercise in MS, its hot as HELL down there from what I saw on weather channel this morning.

I may just have to double up on exercises Sunday & Monday!
