Fit Test did not seem as long as it did the first day!
I must say it still was challenging but my # did increase some areas better than others better never the less its a step toward being healthy and fit.

The Amazing part is thinking when I take Fit Test #3 what my results will be! WOW
Go Me, Go Me, Be all that I can Be!!!

It must start today

The results I see in the mirror but not reflected on the scale.
My weight has not dropped but the definition in my abs are showing in the mirror!!
But the point is to lose weight all while building muscle; I got 1 out of 2 here.

So today I have decided to do my best with eating more healthy! Not eating out everyday for breakfast and lunch at work. I took today off to recoup from Mothers Day and going grocery shopping for few staple items needed in my healthy living meals (not a diet).

What a workout! I'm exhausted but feel great.
I have lost inches but checking weight on Monday morning.
Can't believe it's been 2 weeks since starting this program!
I am going to try working harder on burning more calories, tracking it with my Polar FT4
Also I will work on my eating habits starting this weekend ( my first Mothers Day) yay!
I hate the word diet! It's not really a diet, its portion control and better food choices than what u are used, but still able to enjoy foods u like.

Well time to shut down and get my rest. Tomorrow is my March for Babies; 3mile walk. Can't wait to see how many calories I burn.

The reward is "x'ing" those Insanity days off my calendar after each workout.
Keep digging ya'll.

    Girl, we are really rocking this. Can you believe we are on to week 3? Thanks for being such a motivator. I really need it. 60 days are long and Insanity is hard but having a spark buddy like you cheering me on helps tremendously. We will ROCK this.

March of Dimes March for Babies - 3mi walk

Tomorrow 8am my family and friends will be walking for this great non-profit organization, in Washington, DC.

I am really thrilled about it, because it hits home for us and I met my $200 goal for the cause. My little one was born at 31 weeks a huge surprise, but she is now a 10 month healthy baby girl, who makes us laugh everyday!

I can't wait to do this walk, knowing too, that I will be burning those fat calories!!!!! I am so pumped I promised myself and good friend to train and find a 5k race this spring.

As the song says: " Walk it out"

    We did it! It was fun and took us back to thinking how our little ones 45 days in NICU were rewarding but hard, because we could not take her home. She had no complications she had to stay to grow and learn skills she would have done in the womb.

All in all we had fun, and we will continue to do it again next year!

Now its time to find a 5k race!!! Mommy needs to slim it down!

    emoticon I am also walking in my first March of Dimes walk next saturday. My daughter was born at 36 weeks. I also have several friends (we formed a team) that have had preemies so this really hits home for me too! Have a great walk! emoticon on making it to your goal! $200 is amazing!

Week 2 Day 2/3

I forget what day this is. LOL
In any case Pure Cardio was way easier than last week. I got thru more of the exercises for sure. I had my moments to take a break, not because I was tired or out of breathe. It was like more less to just break.

I must of been delirious last week, because I almost don't remember doing these exercises. It was actually fun. I still hate push up jacks and mountain climbers!

Plyometric was decent not much to say. My endurance is building. Can't wait till next Fit Test!

I could do so much better with my eating habits! SO failing in this department!

    You jumping the gun. I can wait for the fit test. LOL

I just love food too much! I mean especially during the weekends, crab, shrimp, fish etc.. Who can past that up? But Idid read an article today that reminded me that its the season to eat all your favorite fruits! We need to enjoy our pineapples, grapes, sweet oranges, tangerines, etc...

Once we get the food concept under control we will really be on a roll. emoticon

    I with you about those exercises. I don't like any floor exercises. I think last week was just a shock to our brain because I really felt like I was in the twilight zone. Then the beginning of the week was exhaustion. I need to be mentally ready for this. Today I feel beter. Shaun t is not playing. Anything with the word test makes me nervous. I might do it Sunday just to get it over with. I might not be able to wait until Monday. I know what you are saying about the eating. Imagine if we could get that right how great our results would be.
