Realizing I haven't posted in a while.
I'm in last few days of Week6 (technically 7 but Recover week is not counted).
I have 17 days left!!!! I WANT MY SHIRT.
I try not to step on the scale often, but I did today. I woke up with a feeling that I "felt lite" so I had to do it. Down 2lbs just this week. Woohoo, small battles lead to the Final Battle I cant wait to say "Im done with this B**" and walk stage left.
Recovery Week isn't want it seems, but since you have come that far you already know there is a Shaun T. twist to do this. Be ready to sweat for about 50minutes don't skip this week either you're gonna need it for Month 2.
Week 5/6 - feel wonderful but still challenge its nice to have different warmup and circuits. Shaun T. takes it up a few notches so it will feel like you have started over but not as tough as Day 1 Month 1. Each exercise is 45 seconds long and your actual workouts are about 45-55min long. If you're like me, you try not to watch the screen because the timer is scrolling across the screen - when u watch it I swear the workout feels long than it really is - so you start cursing Shaun T.
I really wish Beachbody would add a feature that we can hide the timer. Of course he tells you have xx seconds left but at some point while working out I tune out everything b/c I'm trying CRUSH my workout. I dont need remainders how long I have in his crazy intense circuits.
Im down 2 pants sizes! BOOM Holla at cha Girl.
