Wow. Its has almost been a complete 30 days doing Insanity!
Time does fly when you are busting your butt and taking time for yourself.
I got a hold of my eating with a few hiccups on the weekend. But, I got this. I know when I am most vulnerable which is the weekend chilling at home with the family!! When Im not busy I find myself looking for junk. lol We dont have much junk in the house but a bag of chips and cookies for our 2yr old snacks.
In any case, moving into week 5 - Recovery Week. But we already know it will have Shaun T's twist on what WE think is recovery and what He makes it be! haha Get ready Core & balance all 6 days Not missing a day. Im sure this is everyday for a reason to lead into Month 2 Max everything. Oh, by the way Fit Test 3 is Monday too along with Max Cardio. WTH is that about. Gonna make it a A.M. and P.M. workout session. Made it this far, i aint letting him kill me right off the bat.
Knees are feeling good, minor aches but doing alright. Having proper shoes, and Form is key this program.
Starting Tuesday going to do the 3 Day Shakeology cleanse to jumpstart and cleanse my system. Thinking bout doing the Ultimate Reset at the beginning of the new year too - we shall see.
Week 5 - Let's Do This!
