LOVE HATE relationship!
I can honestly say this is going to be a wonderful experience, seriously!
This IS the hardest workout home program on the market, and to be able to mentally and physically go at it for 63 days and complete it and get my FREE "I Earned It" shirt is going to my bragging rights forever.
I know many military service men/women active and retired that have TRIED it for several days to a few weeks and said it was harder than stuff they do. Haha
There is a lot of Cardio in this of course. No equipment needed all resistance and power comes from your body. You must have great supporting shoes to take care of your joints especially your knees. Proper form is a must! My knees dont hurt b/c I am aware of the form. IF you are not a runner long or short. You better get used to sprinting like crazy in EVERY DVD.
THere is no ab work that requires you to lay on your back. Shaun T is very creative having different methods to get your core working and burning. Also, instead of lifting weights you are lifting much more YOUR own body weight. Oh lawd thats trouble but I feel it in my arms and expecting major toning in upper body.
I'm not saying any of the workouts were easy or that I didnt need breaks, pauses or felt discouraged. But I had in mind everyday when I suit up and push play, I will get thru this no matter what its worth it in the end!
No workout is easy breezy especially when you're starting up. But what makes the difference in your workout is that its challenging and makes you want to come back to every day to pat yourself on the back. I may not jump high as I want, or do as many pushups, run at the pace of the ppl in the dvd, but I am as just as committed and determined to make myself better.

But I love it. Pain is the weakness leaving your body.
