Just got finished, I feel I just had an outer body experience. OMG, It was a killer.
Before starting my body was still aching from Day 1. This program is not for any logical person. Interval training is a sure thing to burning calories and increase stanima. I a happy to have support from my hubby and friends, this holds me accountable! Plus I want to look slim by my daughter's 1st bday, July 3rd.
I did use my Polar FT4, Heart Rate/Calorie counter. My Calorie burn was 450. I did stay within my HR Zone at all, I was well above my limit. As time goes by, my HR Zone will change as my weight decreases. I am going to attempt to slow changing my eating habit and water intake!
I really need to read (ask SP folks) up on staying in my Fat Burning Zone. However, I do know burning calories is more efficient to get rid of fat, which is my end result.
Tomorrow I will add my $5, Waist Trimmer Belt (Walmart), to get my mid-section to sweat more. AND since my pregnancy I have a sciatic nerve problem that likes to bother me, ever now and then, so its good back support too.
