Cottage cheese is my friend

Now to find the right fruit to go with it. :)
I wish that Fage Yogurt was as available in the burbs as it is in the city. I can live off that and cottage cheese.

I worked out hard last night and that usually happens if I get the chance to watch the biggest loser... motivation and all ;)

Going to get off the computer and eats some cc and go for a walk in the rain.

Work a bit and get in a weight training workout before this afternoon. NOVEMBER comes on so soon.... gotta love CalorieCheckbook.com

The assessment part is so cool it tells you how many calories a day you need and how long it will take you to reach goal based on your assessment of how active you are....

    I love Fage Yogurt too. It has completely replace sour cream in our house. Potatoes, tacos, salad, everything, we use 0% fat Fage Yogurt. It's a huge hit in the international grocery stores in Tokyo.

That stuff is amazing.

30lbs WOW

Now 30 seems SO doable. No I will not be in a size 8 ( my ultimate dream) but I will be HEALTHIER.

I have not been in the 30+ category of bmi ever I think thank goodness but I am so cless to being in 18.5-24.9 category which is NORMAL and I can just taste it. I want to try and hit that by my next Dr. Appt in June. So wish me luck.

I am hankering for cottage cheese and fruit as we speak :) Man that is some good eating ;)

Summer is MINE

Summer yippee.... I know it is barely spring but plans for summer are shaping up and I cannot wait. I don't think I over ate for the past two days but I did not track it and there was DUCK involved ;) I got some cottage cheese cause I knew that other sweet stuff would be calling me if I did not have my go to available. Strawberries and cottage cheese :) YUMM.


I made a huge breakthrough and stayed the course ate clean did not exercise as much as I would have liked just some lifting weather is being weird so I will fly back to nice weather for 5 days and hopefully get my HIKE on and see if that can jump start me somemore :)

One more night and then to the airport. I hate that this last night will be probably full of food :)

    Enjoy your trip. We hiked on vacation last week. We visited a shrine in Kyoto and there was a small mountain behind it with a trail that led to the top. Husband and I looked at it and said, "Hmm, sounds good." So we hiked it and walked along the ridge line at the top for a while and took another trail back down on the other side. It was about 45 mins. I loved it. Enjoy your hiking.

I am particularly fond of peaches and cottage cheese. Love the combo of fruit and cottage cheese.

Under 700 calories yesterday just did not eat enough. Today I will do better cause I do not want my body to think that is what I am going to do all the time and start holding onto pounds I should be shedding. I am getting another late start almost noon and only had an oz of cheese with my medication really did not want that. I know I have a lunch coming up going to take a book and make it a long leisurely lunch. I thought those dried apricots were going to be the death of me last night but 20grams was only about 16 carbs so ... it gave me some fiber and boy did I feel it ;)

Got my weight training on 2x yesterday and going to go do it now.

    Sounds like you're on a roll though. Being concerned about eating too little is good too.

Keep up the weights and staying on top of how you're eating. If I sleep in later I can easily eat only 700 calories in a day. Sleep through breakfast, eat a normal lunch and dinner and there you are at 700 calories.

Staying mindful is 3/4's the battle I think!!! emoticon

Spring has sprung and my allergies are kicking my butt

I reviewed my goals and saw that oops in 2 months I was supposed to weigh 132.... OKAY.

So I only have 10 lbs to be where I want to be before summer. ONLY 10 I can do this.

I am so going to eat healthy and do all that I am supposed to do it can get better OR ... it can get WORSE... I so do not wish it to be the latter. Simple....
