Okay I totally missed March... so I will make up for it this month. Yeah right.
So I am averaging 20 miles a week. Starting doing something called Fast 5,
google it, then leave it alone. I am feeling good about me but then not so good about others. It seems that the better I get the worse others try to make me?
WHY... I have lots of Photo ops coming up so ... work that body.
I am being good and not weighing myself until May. I am hoping to have
a WHOOSH for the second week of May :) we shall see.
