Brunches emoticon

SPecial k waffles, sugarfree mrs butterworth, butter, yogurt w crunchy granola.

Same but one waffle one double fiber toast with an egg in it and 2oz of light heb sausage.

tilapia with sliced provolone and grated parma, 40 calorie popsicle

with extra fish and spinach instead of the popsicle

A spark people recipe that I put on chicken and I substituted the salsa with
my room mates home made salsa.
