It has been a little while since I blogged, but I have been keeping up with everything. Even though I haven't changed my habits, I have made my focus maintaining and not losing for the last couple of weeks. I am holding to the 21.8-25 pound range and I am happy with that.

Today I am adding seafood back to my diet, just tired of beans and need some variation on the proteins I am consuming. I plan to have seafood once a day, if I feel like it, if not, then every other day or so will be fine.

Back to the weight loss aspect of things today as well. I have gotten a little bored with jumping rope, so now in addition to the walking I am adding step ups, started that yesterday. They are boring, but after watching Biggest Loser, I have realized that I can enjoy just about whatever, as long as it's not the same every single day.

I lost 20+ pounds in 40 days. Now I am ready for the next 40! I've got will power and I never knew!

Today has been a productive day.

My blood pressure is under control despite a stressful start. I think my weight loss has really contributed to this change. I am excited about the possibilities!

22.6 pounds in 23 days; no complaints!

I have been really focused, I'm shocked because now I am on day 21 and I can honestly say that I am positive that after 21 days things become a way of life! I have lost 20 pounds in 21 days and I don't feel that I am lacking anything. I'm never hungry..despite the time of day. I am truly amazed at how I feel and I am so proud of me!

As of this morning I am still averaging about a pound a day. I'm down 17 since the 15th of August. This is simply amazing and it's really amazing what you can accomplish when you see the results.

Today it was dark when I got home, so I hit the treadmill to get my steps in. I'm over 13,000 for the day. Got my water in and took all of my supplements.

Stuck with my plan and expect to be down in the AM as well.

The vitamins make me sick, so today I switched to an Adult gummy vitamin and it seems better.

Had a little juice, some fruit and nuts.

Added a probiotic today to help with digestion. I'll let you know how that goes.

A little disappointed in the +.2, tomorrow should paint a true picture.

    You're doing a great job...it's great that you're making adjustments where needed. Don't worry about the piddly +.2...with everything you're doing, that will change for the better. Keep up the great work!!!
