Busy Week :D

The last couple of weeks I have been Very busy with registering kids for school and getting school clothes, I once again started to put myself off. I just realized today that I haven't exercised in more then a week trying to get everything ready for my kids to go back to school. What am I doing? lol Being a mom I guess, I need to remember myself even though my life gets a little hectic. I am going to start exercising again and doing things the right way and not put one thing ahead of the rest of my life I really need to find the balance. Its a good thing that I didn't gain any weight even though i wasn't doing anything to lose it either. Thanks for listing to me Vent lol. Have a great day......

  


9 Days Away :(

My short term goal was to lose 30 pounds by the end of July and honestly I don't think i'm going to make my goal. In order to make my goal I would have to lose 8 Pounds in 9 days. Although its a let down that i'm not going to hit my goal, I can say that I honestly tried and worked at the weight loss to hit my goal I just didn't make this one. At the end of the month I will make another goal and try my hardest to hit that goal. Doesn't change the way I feel about this goal, I should have made this goal. I let myself get sucked into lazy days and all you can eat moments of weakness, But it's life and in order to lose this weight and keep it off those moments are going to happen all you can do is pick yourself back up and get going at it strong once again. So here is to my next goal and to the moments that are going to happen. Thanks for reading my vent blog

I weighed in today and I am down 27 pounds... emoticon
I couldn't believe it when I put my weight in for the week on spark, I am totally thrilled right now. Just thought that I would share.

Trying something a little diffrent

I think I am going to try something just a little different and see if I can stay a little more motivated, I am going to start doing some indoor exercises like walking and yoga, Maybe even dancing within my own home. Plus I am also going to still try and walk with my kids at night going to the park so they can play and I can walk. Well here is to something new and different :D

Losing Motivation

So the last week or so I keep telling myself that I should do this or that and keep moving in order to get to my goals, Only I am afraid that my motivation is fading fast. I know what I want to accomplish but it doesn't seem to be happening as fast as I want it too. I know that sounds weird but I wanted to see a little more for all the work I was putting in to it.
I guess I just need to work harder in order to see the results that I want Huh.
Well I guess we will see how all of this turns out. I am not ready to give up yet !!!! Just have to find it in myself I know it is in there somewhere..........

I agree it's hard to stay motivated sometimes! I feel that way too. I try to stay as determined as possible to reach my goals. Smaller goals and non-scale victories are what keep me going!
Remember to be nice to yourself.... It doesn't happen overnight true but you are getting stronger !!! emoticon emoticon emoticon
