Needing some encouragement

Ever since the week I was sick and didn't go to Curves, I have been slacking...and I don't like it. I do manage to get to Curves 1 or 2 times a week, but I really should be going more since I currently have the time.

My WW points tracking has also been suffering, and the past few weeks I have been putting a little on, losing it, putting it on, losing it. So overall I haven't really gone up any, but I would really like to continue going down instead of getting stuck here.

So I am asking for help. Some encouraging words are needed to help me get back on track and focused.

    I've found that just going through the motions and doing it - tracking, going to the gym, etc - eventually gets me motivated again. But, until then, maybe try to think of some non-scale victories, try a new gym glass, etc. good luck finding a new spark to motivate you!

11th week on WW

This week I officially lost 5% of my starting weight!! My next goal to reach is 10%!! It feels good to be going down! Also, my boyfriends mother said that she can see the weight loss already!! I like hearing that! emoticon

9th & 10th weeks on WW

Last weeks weigh in I was up a tiny bit, but this week I lost the tiny bit and 2lbs bringing me to 11lbs lost!! emoticon My next little goal is 2 more lbs which will get me to my 5%!! I am going to work hard this week to reach it. Wish me luck!!

8th week on WW

Another successful week! I lost 2.2 which means my overall is at 9lbs!! Woo hoo! Almost my first 10 down!! I love seeing progress!!

Today was weigh in day, and I consider it a good one! I lost what little I had gained over the past 2 weeks! So now I am back at 6.8lbs down and I am only going to keep going down!!
