I went to Start and checked my preference on e-mail, at the bottom a little box is checked saying 'Never e-mail me again'. and this caption:
You are no longer receiving emails from SparkPeople because at one point your email provider reported that yours was not a valid email address.
If you are not receiving emails and you have entered a valid address, click here to reset your email address and we will start sending emails to your address the next day.
Check the box next to an email title to opt-in, uncheck to opt-out. Make sure to hit "Save & Submit" at the bottom of the page after making changes. If you are not receiving emails you can visit our email troubleshooting guide.
I had Sparkpeople verified on my e-mail. I'll go back through the trouble shooting. someone gave me a site and now I can't find it for site and tech.
I need to get in touch with my provider, but how do I do that? I clicked the 'verify' on my Xfinity tool bar, but the box is still being checked.
I checked my e-mail preference and my e-mail I use for SP is there.
I go to my SP mail and check it every now and then to see if I get any mail, since I won't be getting alerts on my e-mail. I'll check my teams too for postings.
P.S. I went back in and unchecked the box ....again, then clicked some boxes to subscribe to some daily mail, so far nothing, maybe tomorrow.
