I remember when I was at my skinniest back in early 2009, but one change in life style and it all went to pot. I ate healthier and exercises almost an hour or more a day, lots of cardio.
It is hard to get back to a routine once yu've been away from it. I feel the fat and see the extra inches. Ugh!
I just can't get my motivation back. I do what I can on challenges, but not a lot of extra. Clothes fit tight, although I am fitting into my favorite shorts.
Now with certain injuries I can't do arm exercises like I used to.
I think I did a blog on this before...gee, not much better now am I and with a bad memory. haha
