Well, I weighed in on my BLC#8 team__ 91.2. Dr. B won't be please. When he noticed me losing weight he asked what I wanted to get down to and I said at least 98. He didn't want me to lose more. I'll have to be at least 95 when I go back, his scales weigh at least 2 lbs more than mine.
I get good inspiration: to exercise - my sister-in-law said I had no hips!!!
Bad inspirtation? A friend said I had floppier under arms than her. We were comparing. Guess that'll teach me to keep my floppies inside my sleeves.
Someone on a team has given me inspiration to push to do my best. She is amazing and has done wonders.
Although, I think I've been concentrating too much cardio, but it does help burn calories, but I now need to eat more. I know I don't eat within my calorie range. I try to post most of what I eat.
I need to concentrate on strength training. Floor work and weights. My under arms, lower abs and inner thighs need work. I learned a new routine from my BLC team. I'll pick three exercises and do 25 of each, next set 20, then 15, 10, 5. I think it helped my hips with the squats.
Well, gotta work out daily routines so I don't have to think of what to do when I get up in the mornings. I've worked out different strength routines but need to prefect them.
Long range goal: Be in shape for tentitive trip to Ohio in April.
Short range goal: Be in shape for Thanksgiving at my other sister-in-law's house. At least enough for her to notice.
To be fair, my floppy armed friend did say I was skinny. I guess you need friends who will be truthful and tell you how it is. Keeps me motivated.
