Who is that creeping into my new year? Is it more pounds, chocolate bars and ice cream, inches and tight clothes?
No! I don't make resolutions, because I never keep them, so my New Years PLAN is to eat healthier than I am now and to do a certain amount of cardio and strength a day.
I know there will be days of eating the wrong things, because dh isn't making the same plans and....okay, I give into temptation.
I did get him to agree to making out our weekly menu, so we can schedule some healthier days and eating out days.
Okay, this is a year old, but it still applies:
