I managed to track my food today and stay in range and even went out to a restaurant to eat dinner. {{breath}}

I got over an hour exercise in too.

I had a good day today. Did some minutes on my peddler before heading out to my MIL with my dh. We cut tree limbs and cut those up smaller. I think I got a better arm workout with those tools than with my weights.

MIL teased that I should start a job cutting limbs. "Have pole, will travel".
I love my new toy. It is better than the poles with the rope.

Came home, walked on the treadmill, did some abs, squats and calves.

Now if I can just NOT over snack, I'll be okay for weigh in tomorrow.

    Cutting down limbs? Heck YES that's an amazing arm (and back & core) work out, at least I'd sure think it was. Good luck with your weigh in (I weigh in on Wednesday's too)!

Personal Wellness Mon 1

I cannot remember to blog my personal wellness daily. I did do good yesterday and today on my exercising. As for eating and snacking, I started brushing, flossing and wearing my night guard early so I won't snack after 8:30...or there abouts. Before doing that, I'd be snacking up to 10:00pm.

I do sometimes put things down in my own personal diary though.
