Reading the minutes of members on my BLC#8 team has inspired me to better myself. I need to put more effort into my fitness routine. I'm making a new routine. Three separate strength routines for Mon, Wed, & Fri. BEside taking advantage of all my equipment: treadmill, stepper, stationary bike, Body By Jake, Thigh Master and TrimRider. Also, my Zumba class.
I know I'll never come close to MrsMelvin1 but I can try my best to come halfway there.
Since I've gone off my Lipitor, I need to keep up the exercies and eating healthy, if I want to stay off the med. I have bloodwork in Dec. so I've got to be good for the next month.
I need to be more involved with my teams. At least the ones that are active, but not too many teams that I can't keep up with their challenges.
One of my favorite teams isn't as active this time around so I may have to jump ship next time around.
This is my best week ever. Of course working at church for Trunk or Treat and yesterday's time has put me there. I can't match this again. Not to be negative, I just won't have the opportunities that I had this past week.
Well, guess that is it.
