This was a 4-day challenge for BLC team so I guess blogging 3 out of 4 is better then forgetting to blog at all.
I did okay exercising yesterday, but feel I should have done more. So far I have my 300 min of my pledge done for this week (Wed - Tue), the rest of today and tomorrow's exercise will be a bonus.
Looking back to when I lost all my inches, (inches I didn't think I could ever lose, inner thighs, hips, obliques), I was more active in my routine. I worked out to taps, cardio and strength. I did my Body-By-Jake daily (almost), my arms were even tonning up. I was doing my Zuma once a week. I miss more than I seem to make classes. When I was caring for my mom, I wasn't able to get out. I also tracked my food everyday and tried to stay within range most of the time.
I'm doing about 25% of that routine now. I may not have any 'after' pictures to post, I'll look the same if not worse. I need to step up my routine. I get caught up watching tv that I don't want to put on my tapes. I also have Zumba and Just Dance for the Wii. I have lots of the Buns of Steel tape.
I spend time reading and posting on the computer, plus doing some genealogy, that that takes up my time too.
I need to prioritize my time.
