My sister-in-law, Jill, went to the doctor today for her test results. Her brain test from last week was fine, no cancer. Her test from Monday shows that it has spread more and she has two tumors in her back that's pressing on her spine. This has been causing a lot of pain.
The doctor is still only giving her 3-months and wants to just make her comfortable. He gave her a script for pain pills. We're taking her for radiation in the morning. Hopefully it will work on the tumors to shrenk them and lessen the pain .
She will still be going to Moffitt Cancer Center and see what they can do. We hope that they will be able to do chemo or something more than make her comfortable. (I believe the radiation will also have something to do with the spine so the chemo won't cause damage).
At least this is the way I understand the whole thing.
Thank you all for your prayers. I know this is what's going to get her through this ordeal. I've seen proof of prayer in another Sparkers life.

I miss having the tracking thread for the GYM 24/7. It kept me accountable. Not posting anywhere, I will just not do them any more, so I guess I will try to post them here.

This was a 4-day challenge for BLC team so I guess blogging 3 out of 4 is better then forgetting to blog at all.
I did okay exercising yesterday, but feel I should have done more. So far I have my 300 min of my pledge done for this week (Wed - Tue), the rest of today and tomorrow's exercise will be a bonus.
Looking back to when I lost all my inches, (inches I didn't think I could ever lose, inner thighs, hips, obliques), I was more active in my routine. I worked out to taps, cardio and strength. I did my Body-By-Jake daily (almost), my arms were even tonning up. I was doing my Zuma once a week. I miss more than I seem to make classes. When I was caring for my mom, I wasn't able to get out. I also tracked my food everyday and tried to stay within range most of the time.
I'm doing about 25% of that routine now. I may not have any 'after' pictures to post, I'll look the same if not worse. I need to step up my routine. I get caught up watching tv that I don't want to put on my tapes. I also have Zumba and Just Dance for the Wii. I have lots of the Buns of Steel tape.
I spend time reading and posting on the computer, plus doing some genealogy, that that takes up my time too.
I need to prioritize my time.

I don't think I'm going to be doing very well with the tracking food. We had mashed potatoes, chicken, dressing and biscuit. I didn't measure anything so impossible to figure calories.
I used to do so well tracking my food. I made it out for the week and followed it most of the time. Now I just can't get back into the swing.
Today is my arms/abs day and have the abs done so far.
Cardio - did the peddaler for 15 min. and a 5 min warm up. = 20 cardio
I figured out how to download my pictures for the before.

My plan for today is:
today is leg day for my WWoHP team. Use my Body by Jake (hip & thigh machine.
Dance for 20 min, day dream, spend time outside(which I never do) for my Middle Earth. I can dance and day dream.
50 crunches +1 min Plank for Stomach Must Go team.
20 min cardio/strength for BLC streak.
GYM 24/7 for BLC
I don't think I have a lot to do today so I should have time for all of this.
I'll try to come back this evening to post what I did get done.
I got everything done, but don't think I did very well tracking food. We had company in evening, I may have eatedn less than what I had planned. Still have to check it out.
I took before pix but now can't find them to download, stupid computer. Guess I'll have to have my sil help me.
