I don't think I'm going to be doing very well with the tracking food. We had mashed potatoes, chicken, dressing and biscuit. I didn't measure anything so impossible to figure calories.
I used to do so well tracking my food. I made it out for the week and followed it most of the time. Now I just can't get back into the swing.
Today is my arms/abs day and have the abs done so far.
Cardio - did the peddaler for 15 min. and a 5 min warm up. = 20 cardio
I figured out how to download my pictures for the before.

Eonwe the wise, a Minstrel Wizard and Lyssa, a Hobbit, from Far Downs, started their journey from Bags End. Their journey to Rivendell would cover 458 miles.
They each carried backpacks, with what they felt would be needed; such as clean clothing, food, and what nots and each carried a walking stickor staff. Their weapons were dagger, sword and Eonwe's flute.
Eonwe woke early, stretched and yawned then made a fire for breakfast: mushrooms, carrots and a block of cheese. Might not sound like much, but it was nourishment.
“I’m not much of a leader, so I hope you know your way around, Eonwe. Do we have any maps?” I asked.
She searched through her backpack and pulled out a couple rolls of paper. Stretching them out I saw the Shire and all the places between to Rivendell.
“Always prepared.” I say.
We traveled through the rain, fought Trolls and even a couple Orcs.
We saw beautiful sunrises and green lush meadows spotted with daisies, slept on a ‘green floor in the wood, roofed by boughs of trees’ (taken from Éowyn Challenge.net).
Early on I thought I saw a friend further behind, we waited a couple days, but as of yet, have not seen or heard from her. She may have ventured a short cut?
I hope to hear from her.
We venture on……

Awaiting our Spring dance with all my friends, the Elves, Dwarves, Humans, Rangers , Wizards and fellow Hobbits. It should be a wonderous party.
(Per our Saturday Challenge in M*E team, here are my dress choices, recipe and my date for the Spring dance)
My dress choices:
Seedcake for Pippin
Baking Powder salt
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 8-inch round cake tin. Sift 2 1/2 cups of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Cream together 4 ounces of butter and 1/2 cup of sugar. Beat 1 egg and add to the butter, then add 2 teaspoons of caraway seeds. Fold in the flour mixture, then gradually add enough milk (up to 1/2 cup) to make a smooth, thick batter. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in the middle of the oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before turning out on a cake rack.
My date will be:
Pippin (Peregrin Took)
