We had to pick 3 SMART goals to work on this term. My pick was:
1) Work on spare bedroom
2) Catch up on my reading
3) Exercise at least 20-minutes a day
This challenge we must write a blog listing our goals and what obstacles keep us from our goals and how we plan to overcome these obstacles.
I met the first goal. The bedroom looks like a bedroom now. When we went away on vacation, my dh’s sister and her son stayed here. He slept in the spare bedroom. Needless to say, the bedroom is back in shape, although, I do have to wash and make the bed.
The second one to read my books is pretty well caught up. I had this goal from last term and I had read a couple books by the end of the term. I did start the next book in the series so that is my goal, to read the series. I only have one more book in the series; I’ll have to find the next two books.
The last goal is to exercise 20-min a day. I do at least 30 minutes. My normal routine is to do a 5 minute warm up then 30-minutes on the treadmill.
I find that I tend to play more on Facebook farming, etc. I will cut back on my games and do more reading before getting on FB.
If there is something that comes up that I have to do in the mornings, I try to get up earlier to get my exercises in.
